My paintings of coastal scenes and local landmark filled with light and detail.

I describe my style as “natural realism,” capturing the everyday beauty found in both nature and man-made artifacts.

I started my art studies as a teenager working with notable New York artist Earl Tyler at his summer studio in Bay Head.  I learned traditional methods of perspective, value and figure painting.  I have a degree in painting and Art Education from Douglas College. 
My work has been featured in books and magazines published by Jersey Shore Publishing including “Down the Shore Once More,” “Long Beach Island Rhapsody” and “Jersey Shore Magazine.”
